Works in Italy

Plans start at €725 per spouse (Essential) and go up to €1,150 per spouse (Dedicated). Separation and divorce are included in every plan, with payments starting from €150. Any court fees depend on the procedure chosen.

Documents are usually prepared within 48 working hours. The overall timeline depends on the procedure and on the competent office: simple consensual cases can take from a few weeks to a few months.

Yes. "Online" describes how the service is delivered; legal validity comes from the procedure provided by law: a court ruling, an authorised assisted-negotiation agreement or an agreement before the civil registrar where admitted.

Yes, but not with every procedure. With minor children, or adult children who are incapacitated, severely disabled or not financially independent, the case cannot be closed before the civil registrar: as a rule it goes through the court or through assisted negotiation.

In most cases yes: a legal separation and the statutory waiting period are required, as a rule 6 months for a consensual separation and 12 for a judicial one. After the Cartabia reform, however, the divorce request can be included in the separation petition and becomes actionable once the requirements are met.

Often yes, but it must be checked case by case. If one spouse lives abroad we first verify the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, the notification method and the most suitable signing method: many steps can be handled remotely, but not every case follows the same path.
